FAQ

  • Am I guaranteed a job with this training?

We planned this training to be a comprehensive checklist of all the things our Support Coordinators need to know and do in their everyday work. Because of this, we know you’ll be very well-prepared for the role.

We know this training will provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in the role, but we’re not in control of the hiring practices of businesses.

  • How does payment work?

Once you sign up, we’ll send you an invoice for payment. A 50% payment is required to secure your place at the training, with the remainder due 10 days prior to commencement.

If something happens and you’re suddenly unable to make the training, we will offer a reschedule provided we receive 5 days’ notice.

  • What will I get out of the training?

When you’ve completed the training, you’ll receive a Certificate of Attendance that details the units we’ve covered, which will be a great inclusion in your job applications.

But much more than just a piece of paper, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to unlock a well-paying career in the Disability Sector, that hasn’t taken you years and a huge HECS debt to access.

Instead, you’ll have opened the door to above median income in a reliable, rewarding role, at a fraction of the time and cost of other qualifications.

  • Is this the only training I’ll need?

This training is what we believe you need to enter the role of a Level 2 Support Coordinator. However, ongoing professional development is an important part of working in the Disability Sector. If you value life-long learning like we do, you’ll see this as an opportunity for continual growth.
